Do I have to use form WH-347?

The form itself is optional, but covered contractors must submit weekly certified payroll information with a signed Statement of Compliance. Most agencies and prime contractors expect the WH-347.

When is it due?

Weekly, within 7 days after the regular pay date for that pay period. Weeks with no work still get a numbered no-work report.

Can I sign electronically?

Print page 2 and sign it by hand. DOL instructions say photocopied or scanned signatures are not accepted.

Does it work for California, Washington or Maryland state portals?

Not yet. It prints the federal WH-347. If your agency requires its own online portal, check with them first.

Is my data safe?
